Decaf has a reputation problem. This is our attempt to fix it. The Captain's Rest is built on the same foundation as our flagship Captain's Roast — the same origins, the same roast profile, the same attention to detail — simply decaffeinated using the CO₂ method.

CO₂ decaffeination uses pressurised carbon dioxide rather than chemical solvents, which means the flavour compounds remain largely intact. The result tastes like proper coffee: rich, chocolatey, smooth, with enough complexity to be interesting. It just won't keep you awake. Awarded at the 2024 Great Taste Awards. For those who want a second cup after dinner without the consequences.
