The data
What a bag of specialty coffee actually costs in the UK: the median price per kilo across every live listing we track, recomputed daily. Every figure is a median, never a mean — genuine £400/kg auction lots exist and would flatter an average. Nothing in it is surveyed, sponsored or estimated.

Every code we can verify at the source, with its end date and the merchant’s terms word for word. Most UK roasters run no public code at all — when that’s the truth, the page says so, because the honest lever is usually a subscription discount or simply better-value beans.

Certification says real things about a company; it says nothing about a coffee’s price, so the numbers stay beside it.
