About this coffee
This is a very specific blend of Central and South American high grown pure Arabica beans. We formulated this blend to yield a coffee that maintained some brightness but with a reasonable depth and sweetness in the finish that would work well as an espresso coffee or as a superb filter coffee.
The Colombian element of the blend imparts a buttery nutty flavour and balances beautifully with the creaminess of the speciality grade Brazil and the zestyness of the El Salvador coffee. The coffee is roasted just above medium roast to retain the coffees essential characteristics whilst giving that extra dimension to the cup. This is not a cup that will make you shudder or bite the roof of your mouth; rather it has a rounded bright yet creamy balance which is what makes this coffee so delightful.
