About this coffee
Firstly, the Colombian beans in the Paradox are lightly and darkly roasted. This serves to deliver the sweet, creamy, dark cocoa South American “tones” in different caffeinated “octaves”. Secondly, the Kenyan Peaberry then adds the “harmony” (to keep the musical theme!) of citrus and berry fruits. Subsequently, this results in a smooth, deep, balanced cup that will suit all brew methods.
