This coffee gives a more contemporary espresso, still a medium roast but slightly lighter than the Mocha Blend, demonstrating more fruitiness and a bit more acidity as well as celebrating seasonality in the coffees used. It is currently a Central/South American blend using coffees from El Salvador, Brazil and Peru.
