Ethiopia - Buture - Washed

About this coffee

Our second lot from Gedeb/Lalesa washing station. We had/have the anaerobic natural and that was belting! This is a washed example, I know Ethiopia isn’t normally associated with washed brews, but this is fantastic. Putting funk to one side, it’s giving the natural a run for its money for me, heaps of pineapple and orange, with blueberry and then brown sugar on the finish. Roasted medium/light, a lot going on in the cup, it is delicious and I recommend you buy approx. 1 kilo for yourself, and 1 kilo for everyone you know and love. I’d appreciate that. Thnx.
