This delectable offering is the result of a collaboration with Thomond Gate Whiskey, who have provided us with matured, French oak whiskey barrels that had previously housed port before housing whiskey; we then filled the barrels with green coffee beans for a two month period. For this process, we carefully selected our Brazil Bom Jesus coffee beans as their flavour profile of walnuts and maple syrup perfectly compliment the more intense whiskey notes.
