Notes: Full body dark roast with flavour. Dark Chocolate, nuts with smooth all round finish.. Low acidity. Origins: Uganda 35%, Brazil 30% & India 35% Varietal: S14, Yellow Bourbon & Canephora Altitude: 1,000-2000 MASL Process: Natural & Washed process Named after our new premises the Haig Mines, Whitehaven. A coffee blend created for those who like dark roasts while still being able to taste the coffee notes. As well as the single origin coffees in the blend, there is a small amount of Canephora in the blend that gives the a stronger and higher caffeine coffee.
