    About this coffee

A beautifully balanced Brazilian coffee with rich bittersweet chocolate, layers of dried juicy fruit, and a smooth plum-like finish. Grown between 800–900 metres above sea level, this natural process lot delivers a comforting cup with depth, sweetness, and a rounded body.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Mococa in northern São Paulo, Fazenda Pinheiro has become one of the region’s most progressive and quality-focused farms. Originally acquired by Maria Silva and Marco Guardabaxo in 2003, the farm underwent a complete transformation, with 9.5 hectares of coffee planted in 2007 and continual investment in infrastructure, agronomy, and sustainability ever since.

Coffee has long been part of the family story. Co-founder Luis’s ancestors first arrived in Brazil in the 1800s, settling in the São José do Rio Pardo region. Over generations, both sides of the family became deeply connected to Fazenda Pinheiro, helping shape the farm into the thriving operation it is today. What began as a small-scale farm has evolved into a true hub for innovation, sustainability, and exceptional coffee production.
