A natural single origin from Vinhal Estate in the Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, grown at 800–1200m. Family-owned since 1988 and run today by Rafael Vinhal, the estate blends traditional harvesting with sustainability — including established African Mahogany trees that provide natural shade across the farm.

This Catuai and Mundo Novo lot is naturally processed on traditional concrete patios, delivering classic notes of milk chocolate, cashew nuts and a mild green apple acidity. Whole cherries are dried in the sun, letting the fruit's natural sweetness infuse every bean.

Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
