Known for its rich volcanic soil, mountain climate and excellent growing conditions, Tarrazú is one of Costa Rica’s most respected coffee-producing areas, producing coffees admired for their clean cup profile, lively acidity and elegant balance.

This coffee is grown at approximately 1,350 metres above sea level and is made from Caturra and Catuai Arabica varieties. It is washed and drum dried, a process that helps preserve the coffee’s clarity, smooth structure and bright natural character. The result is a clean and expressive cup with gentle sweetness, refined acidity and a smooth, creamy body.

Roasted to a medium profile, SANTA ANITA reveals delicious notes of toffee, orange zest and toasted almond. The toffee note brings a soft caramel-like sweetness, while orange zest adds a fresh citrus lift. Toasted almond rounds the cup with a warm, nutty finish, creating a beautifully balanced flavour profile that is both smooth and vibrant.
