Discover the bold elegance of SIMBA, an Ethiopian single origin coffee sourced from the celebrated Yirgacheffe region. Known for producing some of the world’s most distinctive speciality coffees, Yirgacheffe is admired for its bright acidity, aromatic complexity and fruit-driven flavour profiles.
Grown at elevations reaching approximately 1,900 metres above sea level, SIMBA is made from Ethiopian Arabica varieties including Dega, Kudhume and Wolisho. These varieties are naturally processed to highlight the coffee’s sweetness, clarity and expressive fruit character.
Roasted to a medium-dark profile, SIMBA delivers a rich and aromatic cup with notes of dark chocolate, blueberry and lime. The dark chocolate note brings depth and comfort, blueberry adds soft jammy sweetness, and lime gives the cup a bright citrus lift. The result is a smooth yet vibrant coffee with a syrupy body and a clean, memorable finish.
