The Eureka Oro Zeus 85 is a single-dose grinder designed for high-volume speciality coffee shops that need speed, precision and flexible brewing performance. With 85 mm Pure Diamond flat burrs, variable speed control and a low-retention grinding system, it is built to support everything from espresso to Turkish-style grinding with confident consistency. New Anti-Retention System combines an external sloped grinding chamber, Blow Up system, vertical outlet chute and metallic cleaning beater to help release remaining coffee particles. Patented stepless micrometric regulation allows very precise adjustment of grind fineness. Silent Technology uses Eureka’s anti-vibration system to reduce operating noise.
