Its 65mm flat hardened-steel burrs, precise stepless adjustment and efficient grind-dispersion system support consistent dosing while helping to manage the temperature of freshly ground coffee. Features High-speed grind dispersion combines the motor and burr set to deliver a grinding speed of approximately 2.8–3.8g per second while helping to preserve the temperature of the coffee. Stepless micrometric adjustment provides fine, continuous control over the grind setting, making it easier to dial in espresso accurately. Eureka’s ACE system helps reduce clumping and static for cleaner dispensing and more consistent distribution in the portafilter. On-demand operation grinds coffee directly into the portafilter, helping to maintain freshness and support an efficient bar workflow. Adjustable, hands-free portafilter fork accommodates a range of standard and naked portafilters. Adjustable outlet chute helps guide the ground coffee neatly into the centre of the basket. High-speed burr maintenance allows access to the burrs without losing the existing grind setting.
