The Sidama region of Ethiopia is well known and praised for it’s coffee production due to favourable environmental factors, and this Mirado lot has benefited greatly from such conditions.

As a naturally processed coffee, this coffee brings something a little different compared with washed coffees from the same origin. Jammy sweetness also brings a fruity character, and paired with milk, it leans into a peaches and cream-like texture that perfectly highlights this coffee’s fruity elements.

Daye Bensa is also well known as one of the major coffee exporting companies in Ethiopia; exporting green coffee directly from its own farms & stations, along with the coffee of affiliated farmers. What began as a family business to support one farm has now become an incredibly successful business helping many other coffee producing families within the coffee-growing region of Sidama.
