About this coffee
Pukamocco is a 40 hectare family farm located in the Colca area of Yanatile, Calca, in Cusco. Sitting at 1800 MASL, the farm benefits from a cool mountain climate and consistent access to fresh water, with small streams naturally crossing the land.
The name Pukamocco, meaning “Red Hill” in Quechua, comes from the Pisonay trees that provide shade across the farm. When these trees flower, the entire hillside turns red, creating a striking and culturally meaningful landscape.
