About this coffee
This is a wonderful coffee from the excellent Tarrazú region. The coffee is intensely floral with notes of jasmine & chocolate. There is a wonderful round body which deepens on the finish. Not got a big zingy acidity, but it's a gorgeously smooth cup.
Tarrazú La Pastora is a coffee developed by CoopeTarrazú, a well-recognized cooperative in San Marcos, Tarrazú. CoopeTarrazú has more than 53 years of experience and tradition and works with more than 3,000 coffee producers and 250 mill workers from the surrounding communities in the Tarrazú and Leon Cortes regions. The cooperative's main functions are to provide milling, marketing and export services to its members.
