From Planadas, Tolima, one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee growing regions, Oso Perezoso is proof that decaf can hold its own against any specialty coffee. Strawberry, red liquorice and sweet malt fill the cup, processed using the Sugar Cane EA method to preserve every bit of natural sweetness. The caffeine is gone. The magic is not.
