About this coffee
This lot comes from the Tinganga Farm, which lies in higher areas of the Kiambu region, reaching up to 1830 m.a.s.l. The altitude and the deep red volcanic soil make this a perfect location for growing exceptional coffee. After carefully harvesting only the ripe red cherries, the coffee is fully washed, fermented for 12 to 16 hours, and finally sundried for 2-3 weeks on raised drying beds.
