Light, fruit-like acidity with a wonderfully mellow flavour, complemented by aromas of chocolate, spice, and nuts. Grown on India's Malabar Coast, the humid coastal climate and traditional monsooning process give this coffee its signature smooth, rich sweetness, which deepens with higher roast levels.
