THIS WASHED GESHA FROM WILDER GARCIA IN PERU IS A CLEAN AND ELEGANT EXPRESSION OF THE VARIETY, PRODUCED AT HIGH ALTITUDE IN THE CAJAMARCA REGION. RIPE CHERRIES ARE CAREFULLY SELECTED, FERMENTED, AND FULLY WASHED BEFORE BEING DRIED SLOWLY ON RAISED BEDS, PRESERVING CLARITY AND STRUCTURE.

IN THE CUP IT IS DELICATE AND REFINED, WITH FLORAL NOTES OF JASMINE AND BERGAMOT LIFTED BY BRIGHT CITRUS ACIDITY. SWEET STONE FRUIT AND HONEY ROUND OUT THE PROFILE, WITH A SILKY BODY AND LONG, CLEAN FINISH. A CLASSIC, HIGH-CLARITY GESHA THAT PRIORITISES BALANCE AND PURITY OVER INTENSITY.
