    About this coffee

    Jasmine, Pear Drops, Cane Sugar

Humberto comes from a family that has been growing coffee for many years. He and his brothers grow different kinds of coffee like Gesha, Pink Bourbon, and Caturra on their farm. They also grow plantains, cassava, and sugarcane there.

They pick the coffee cherries by hand, making sure to choose only the ripest ones. Then, the cherries are left to ferment for 40 hours in a special environment without air. After that, they take out the seeds, wash them gently, and dry them in the sun until they have the right amount of moisture.

All these steps are done very carefully to make sure the coffee tastes really good. Humberto and his family take pride in their work and love sharing their delicious coffee with others.
