Finca Abisinia

About this coffee

Fidencio Córdoba is the third generation to farm Finca Abisinia. Fidencio’s grandfather started the farm, and his father continued it before leaving the six hectares to Fidencio and his brother Helio. The brothers farmed their respective sections of Abisinia for twenty years until Helio’s sad death in 2021. We have bought coffee from both areas of the farm since 2014. Now Fidencio works with his sons Ancisar and Osman. As a family they grow and process coffee, and corn for the local markets.
