    About this coffee

A honey-processed single origin from the Nyamasheke Hills station in western Rwanda, grown between 1,750 and 2,200 metres on volcanic soil between Lake Kivu and Nyungwe National Park. Red Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon varieties, produced by the Ndereyimana family since 2017. Maple syrup leads. Apple brightness follows through the middle of the cup, with melon sweetness rounding the finish. The honey process adds body and depth without clouding the clarity that high-altitude Rwandan coffee is known for.
