    About this coffee

Grown at Hambela Farm in Ethiopia's renowned Guji region, this light roast coffee is packed with notes of bilberry, citrus lime, blossom and plum. Bright, juicy and wonderfully balanced, it's the sort of coffee that keeps you coming back for another cup.

Hambela Farm was founded by brothers Aman and Michael Adinew and covers more than 200 hectares in the Oromia region. Alongside producing exceptional specialty coffee, the farm is known for its commitment to sustainability, education and supporting the wider coffee-growing community. During harvest, more than 700 local people help bring the crop in, with women making up the majority of the workforce.

Aman previously established Ethiopia's first specialty coffee laboratory while working at the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange, and that focus on quality can be seen in every stage of production at Hambela.
