About this coffee
Our newest blend, Bright Roast, is a lighter roast* of coffee with bright fruity acidity and sweet fruity flavours. It is a blend of South American and African coffees roasted with a lower finishing temperature than our other blends to accentuate the sweet acidity and fruitiness of the coffee.
*This is quite a different taste if you're used to our other blends and if you're making espresso at home you will need to adjust your grinder more than usual to get the correct extraction.
