Grown at elevations of approximately 1,500–1,750 metres above sea level, this coffee is made from respected Arabica varieties including Caturra, Typica and Bourbon. These varieties are carefully washed and sun dried to highlight the coffee’s clean structure, natural sweetness and bright cup character.
Roasted to a medium profile, SOFIA reveals delicious notes of banoffee, walnut and honey, supported by a smooth buttery body and clean acidity. The banoffee note brings soft dessert-like sweetness, walnut adds a gentle nutty depth, and honey gives the cup a rounded natural sweetness. The result is a refined, approachable and beautifully balanced Colombian coffee.
