About this coffee

Fero Washing Station represents more than 700 local coffee growers in Southern Ethiopia’s infamous Sidamo region. With most contributing members producing coffee on 2 hectares or less, the scale of their output is a truly collaborative effort. Coffee is hand-picked on each farm before delivering its cherries to the washing station for sorting and processing. The precision & care taken with the washed processing results in a classic Ethiopian flavour profile, equally balanced, sweet & vibrant.
