Cerro Azul is a Geisha only farm sitting on a steep peak overlooking Trujillo in Valle del Cauca, Colombia, and this lot is everything that suggests. Scoring 90.8 and naturally processed, it comes from Café Granja La Esperanza, one of the most extraordinary coffee operations in the world, which we had the privilege of visiting ourselves. A competition grade cup that speaks entirely for itself.
