About this coffee
Grown by Jeisson Fabian Ortiz Avendano at Finca Buenavista in the mountains of La Plata, Huila. First-generation coffee grower. Six-hectare farm at 1,860 metres above sea level. Pink Bourbon alongside Castillo and Catimor varieties. Remaining land planted with avocados. Harvested by a small permanent team and seasonal pickers. De-pulped, dry fermented, rinsed, and dried using solar and mechanical dryers. Notes: Strawberry, raspberry, citrus, floral hints.
