Luis Anibal has been growing rare varieties in Huila for years, but his Sidra always stands out. Grown at Villa Betulia in Acevedo, this is a naturally processed lot with a kind of warm, herbal sweetness that plays beautifully with bright fruit. It's a hybrid of Typica and Bourbon, and Luis handles it carefully from picking to drying. The result is refined yet delicate — fruit, sugar, and citrus, all in balance.
