Colombian Single Origin - La Manuela Estate Medium Roast

This wonderful single origin coffee from La Manuela Estate, located in Caldas near Aranzazu, produces coffee through a meticulous process. After collection, the coffee is weighed and transported by truck to the wet processing facility. There, it is emptied into a hopper, processed through peeling machines, and a desmucilaginador removes the outer layer of the coffee cherries. Thanks to new technology, fermentation is no longer required. The coffee is then sun-dried or dried in a heating chamber. At the mill, each bag is weighed, sampled, and tested in the quality control lab, where it is cupped, analyzed, and approved for storage in bulk.

This is the highest grade, characterized by large, flat, and smooth beans that are well-selected on a screen size of 17 or 18. Supremo beans are known for their superior cup quality and consistent flavour profile, making them a popular choice for specialty coffee.
